APEC celebrated its 24th Founding Anniversary and Christmas Party last November 19,2019 at The Palms Country Club, Alabang Muntinlupa City. Chairman and President Herman T. Gamboa, Corporate Secretary Teodoro G. Ignacio and Corporate Treasurer Leonardo M. Ramos were all present to graced the celebration.
